All accommodation will be charged prior to your arrival. Any other amounts can be paid at reception Eft-pos, MasterCard, Visa, Amex are accepted.
Clothes racks are provided to hang wet towels and clothing on. Body Corporate rules are that at no time are clothes or towels to be hung over the balcony rails.
Barbeque facilities are available for guest use at no charge and are located near the pool.
One undercover car parking space is available for each apartment. There is uncovered parking available for guest’s visitors. Vehicles are parked at owner’s risk. For the safety of others, vehicles should be driven at walking pace within the complex. Bike riding, roller blading and skateboarding are not permitted within the
complex.
On departure, please ensure that the keys are returned to Reception. If leaving before 7.30am please leave keys in key box by the rear gate. There is also a key box under the stairs near reception.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the unit and contents during their stay. Please advise Management prior to your departure. No responsibility is taken for tenants personal property left on the premises.
INCOMING- Can be collected from Reception
OUTGOING- Our local Post Office is located in the Coles complex, in Venninge Street. It is cleared at approximately 4.00pm Monday - Friday. Post Office hours 9.00am -5.00pm Monday to Friday.
For any room maintenance that we may have overlooked, please assist us by contacting Reception. If there are any broken or malfunctioning items in your unit, please notify reception so they can be repaired or replaced.
Health regulations do not permit pets in the apartments.
Hours are from 7.00am to 9.00pm.
For the safety and convenience of others, children must be accompanied by an adult. Toilet facilities for the pool area are located alongside the spa. No glass is allowed inside the pool area. To ensure the safety of all guests, diving or jumping into the pool or running around the pool area is not permitted. It would be appreciated if you could dry yourself to avoid dripping water in the stairwells.
Bins are located at the front and rear of the complex adjacent to each driveway entrance. Rubbish should be placed in plastic bags before disposal. Yellow Lid Bins are for recycling ONLY.
All security doors and gates are locked at dusk. Although these doors are self- closing, please ensure they do lock when entering or exiting the complex. The round key will operate the vehicle gates by turning the key and holding it until the gate starts to move. If the Fob does not work for any reason. Touch the key pad and the code is 4557# Key points for the gates are located on the wall for the entrance from Brisbane Road and on the fence line for the entrance from Burnett Street. When gates are closed exit can only be made through the Burnett Street entrance. Security guards patrol the complex at random during the night.
Supermarket
Coles Supermarket is located in Venning Street. Please turn right from the front gate, left at the set of lights. It is approximately 500 meters down the road.

Liquor Store
BWS is located on the corner of Brisbane Road and Tarcoola Avenue. Please turn left from the front gate, it is located in the same complex as McDonald’s on the opposite side of the road.
Night Owl
A 24 hour convenience store is located in the same complex as McDonald’s. Takeaways/Fast foods/ Chemist Dominos Pizza, Pasta, Indian, Kababs and McDonald’s are located in the same complex as BWS (Beer Wine & Spirits).
Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in the Units, but is permitted on the balconies (please have the balcony door and bedroom window is closed as smoke can get into the unit).
There are a variety of tourist attractions on the Sunshine Coast. A range of information is available at Reception. Bookings for tours, car rentals and transfers can be made through Reception free of charge. If you are driving we are happy to assist you plan your excursions. Maps and guides are available for your use.
We are a member of Good To Book, a risk management database for Short Term Accommodation Providers
(STAPs) (‘GtoB database’). We will use the GtoB database to search your name and the names of guests booking or staying with you at our accommodation.
If we find an entry on the GtoB database, this indicates that there was some problem caused by you, or one
of your guests, at a previous accommodation you have stayed at. Based on information on the GtoB database, we may refuse to accept your accommodation request or booking (and will refund any money you
have paid) or we may impose additional restrictions on your stay (for example, an additional security bond).
We cannot check the accuracy of the GtoB database nor can we disclose to you any information on the GtoB
database or the STAP who uploaded the information, as this information is confidential. The information on
the database is used for evaluative purposes so accommodation providers can decide whether to enter into a
contract for accommodation with you or not. Any concerns you have with the GtoB database will need to be

We accept no liability for our use of the GtoB database, including any reliance we make on the information
contained on the GtoB database, even if the information uploaded is incorrect.
We may also upload information to the GtoB database if you cause damage or harm to us, our staff, guests or
our property during your stay. Providing we are not negligent, we will not be liable to you or any other person for any consequence arising from the upload of information to the GtoB database by us.
